- • Go to the Products tab
- • Fill in: Product Name | Stock Available | Notes
- • Each time you sell, reduce the Stock Available number
Manage Appointments (Appointments Tab)

- • Fill in: Customer Name | Phone | Service/Meeting | Date | Time | Status

- • Fill in: Date | Income (Sales) | Expense (Costs) | Balance
- • Balance updates automatically with the built-in formula
- • Example: Selling a T-shirt = add R150 to Income
- • Example: Buying new stock = add cost under Expense
